After operating the Rockaway, NJ location of POS Solutions , a cash register service company as well as a Future POS (Shift4) Reseller , it was a natural transition to purchase Lodi Cash Register.

Tom and Ken Adams proudly operated Lodi Cash Register for over 50 years, carrying forward the family business with a deep commitment to service and quality. They built a reputation as trusted business operators, known for their expertise and personalized attention to customers. Over the decades, Tom and Ken established themselves as pillars in the community, providing exceptional service to a wide array of businesses.

As Kenneth Adams entered his later years, he was unfortunately forced to retire due to health issues. Thomas continued to manage the business with the same dedication and passion that had always defined Lodi Cash Register. However, in October 2023, Thomas Adams passed away (source), marking the end of an era for the company.

In the wake of his passing, we acquired Lodi Cash Register with a firm intention to breathe new life into the business while honoring the legacy built by Tom and Ken. Their work has touched the lives of countless business owners, and we are committed to continuing that legacy of exceptional service and support. We intend to uphold the standards they set, providing top-of-the-line products and unmatched customer care.

Our mission is to continue offering the products and services Lodi Cash Register was known for, including Sam4 registers, Sharp registers, NCR registers, and CAS scales. We will maintain a strong focus on selling, servicing, and supporting not only these systems but also a wide range of equipment such as scanners, scales, and other essential devices. In keeping with Tom and Ken’s legacy, we will also ensure continuity in communication. Although we have moved the business operation from the original location at 25 Terhune Ave Lodi NJ 07644; we will continue answering the original business phone number, 973-997-6006, and we will proudly display the Lodi Cash Register labels on all of our devices as a constant reminder to our clients that the same high-quality products and personalized support they trusted for over 50 years will continue under our care.
